About

The Spinning Plate was started by three college roommates. We shared a small kitchen and a taste for good food. My name is Angela. I cook and write and eat hungrily. This started as a blog about food, and it is still, but now it’s about other things too, the loves and appetites that move me.

  10. I read about your food blog in the Northwestern University magazine. I am an alum. Notify me about new recipes you are posting. Thanks. Jim

  11. Great photography! I saw you in the NU alumni magazine. This looks great. I am a crazed Foodie (I was on staff at Food Network, James Beard nominee) and my advice is stick with the writing, that will serve you well.
